This rare & vintage Native American NAVAJO Indian sterling silver winged eagle dancer pendant is an impressively Large piece measuring 3-5/8" tall by 3-1/4" wide. This high QUALITY, HAND MADE 3-D Kachina figure is very DETAILED with a turquoise headdress, including stones on top of the head, 3 turquoise stones on the kilt, coral eyes, double layer sterling feather wings. This is a Bolo tie, but has the option of being converted into a necklace, if that is what you prefer. This large design depicts Kwahu (Eagle), a ruler of the sky, who is also a heavenly messenger. The figure is nicely hammered and detailed from top to bottom. The actual tie is made of a piece of braided leather with a decorative metal tip (called aiguillettes) at the bottom. One of aiguillettes is missing, which is an even better reason to transform this into a beautiful necklace.
